Debbie loves spending time getting to know her customers and finding materials, colors and designs that work best for them. So, whether it’s selecting the right species of hardwood, or the best color for the carpet, or selecting the best style and layout for the tile, she always has a solution that looks great and fits within the budget. She is also great at designing backsplashes and putting some more intricacies with glass and metal inserts. Debbie is great at demystifying the process and one of the reasons customers love working with her is that they know they can trust her honesty and integrity.
Many people ask her, how did she get involved in this business which is so male dominated and does she see it as a disadvantage. Her answer is a flat out “No, in fact, it’s a huge advantage” since the primary decision maker is often a woman, and after all, it’s all about making the home look more beautiful and she is wonderful at that. She loves seeing the impact and transformation that she has had on a home.
Debbie is originally from Chappaqua, has lived in Stamford and now resides in White Plains. She went to Dartmouth College and has an MBA from University of Chicago. Prior to starting her own flooring store, she was a Marketing Director at top marketing companies including Procter & Gamble, Cadbury Schweppes and Revlon. She used to redesign packages, and now she redesigns floor.

Project Manager
Fabio has been in the Construction Trade Industry for 15 years. Starting as an apprentice, he has since worked his way up to Project Manager for Floor Coverings International. For many years in NY, Fabio has built multi-million dollar homes from the foundation up. He was called to relocate to Arizona where he was a General Contractor for a Fortune 500 construction company. He managed a crew of over 200 men. He managed the building of 2 casinos, a 50,000 sq. ft. Arizona game and fish building and many multimillion dollar homes. He masters in finish carpentry and tile installation. Fabio is also our tile installer. You can see some of his work on our product page.
Fabio is a perfectionist. He puts 110% of attention in every job that needs to be done. He enjoys fishing, camping, going to the beach, and spending time with his 3 children.

Marketing Assistant
Lisa has joined Floor Coverings International as a marketing assistant. When you call Floor Coverings International, Lisa is the friendly voice you hear. She schedules the appointments and helps us market our business. While living in Arizona, Lisa was an interior decorator who brought an East Coast style out to the West. She loves anything to do with design and decorating.
Lisa love spending time with her family, shopping, and of course- decorating.
